Taking a look around our site you may notice that you can’t buy a machine on here, we don’t believe that anyone should be buying a machine on the internet, you need to know that at the end of the day there is a person you can get hold of to help you out, not an outsourced generic call centre.
Here at Caffle Crafts we’ve designed our website to tell you who and where we are, to let you know a little bit about our shop and what we do here. We are an independent shop based in the South West of England, just off the M5 at Weston Super Mare but we have customers across the UK. We sell fabrics, machine embroidery designs, threads and machines. We have been Brother Authorised dealers for many years and we do things a little differently here because above and beyond everything else, we are sewers. Although we all work hard to make things work here we thoroughly enjoy what we do. When we sell a machine we’re not just shifting boxes. We know that your machine needs to be the right one for you or else you just aren’t going to use it to its full potential.
Our machines are the same prices as those you’ll find on the internet because in the end you are buying your machine from Brother, just through the dealer that you pick. You’ll have the same machine, for the same price, delivered direct to your door (if that’s where you’d like it!). But by picking us as your dealer you’ll have access to the back-up, tuition and support you deserve.
Even if you don’t live close to us, as long as your machine is bought through Caffle Crafts you can still make use of our unique backup service. For example, if you live locally we usually say that about an hour is all you should book at a time because after that everyone starts to glaze over. When coming from further afield we suggest that you come for the morning, or afternoon and we cover more while you are here to make the most of the time you have. We make sure that you have plenty of breaks and you’ll probably take more notes than you would have otherwise but the back-up is here for you. We’re always around on the end of a phone and we can even teach over Skype or Facetime.
Yes, there are videos on techniques and online tuition too but they will still be there when you choose to buy your machine from us and by picking us you get access to so much more as well.
