Here at Caffle Crafts buying a machine is important, but it really is only the beginning. Anyone buying a machine from us automatically qualifies for our exclusive tuition and back up service. All the lessons on how to use your new machine are completely free and one to one – it would be easy to assume that you need a degree in computing to use these machines. You don’t. Nor do you need to know how to plug in a computer to be able to use a computerised machine – all you need is a finger, a little imagination and a whole lot of support so as you get to use all of your new machines features, not just what you pick up when you first start. That said, if you hit the ground running with your machine, know exactly what you’re doing that’s fine with us too- sometime, there will be a different technique, new pattern or problem with your machine you need help with- we’ll still be here for you then.
When it comes to embroidery machines our support doesn’t stop with your tuition, we also offer groups at least once a month (different groups for different machines). We’re open for the day and you can come for an hour, come for the day, whatever suits you. We demonstrate all day, going through new designs and techniques. Everyone brings things they have done which have gone right, more helpfully what has gone wrong! We don’t do cliques here, we try and make sure everyone is included and even (if not especially!) the newbies get to ask just as many questions. Nobody knows everything, so by everyone working on their own things but coming together we all learn something new or different.
We think it’s important to mention that our lessons, access to the groups and backup is not time limited. Some people need lots of direction when they start, some don’t. Some people start out with good intentions then life happens- work or family commitments show up and those good intentions fizzle out for a bit. Here at Caffle Crafts that doesn’t matter- we can just start again where you left off. Also, there is no limit on the lessons you have- we are always here for you.
